Titanium White Cocoa Butter

Titanium White is the gold standard in terms of whiteness and opacity.  It can be used for splatters and back-spraying colors for immediate and total opacity. You don't need to use much of it for dramatic results.

Titanium Dioxide is allowable in the US and Canada as a colorant, but not in Europe. The scientific community is somewhat divided on its safety in food.

You should be aware that Titanium Dioxide does have a taste and an odor associated with it. This is another reason to use it sparingly. Adding it to white chocolate to make it whiter is one example where you could go too far.
