Mineral White Cocoa Butter

The successor to Titanium White cocoa butter.  Made with ultra-pure calcium carbonate, Mineral White is a clean label, totally safe, FDA approved food colorant an ingredient.  In fact, many people take calcium carbonate as a dietary supplement.

Mineral White has 3 principle uses as described below:

• Brighten & Lighten natural color concentrates.  Start with mineral white in a jar and gradually add the natural color concentrate until you get to the shade you want.  It turns a deep oversaturated red into the desired bright candy apple red and saves you money.
• Use as white accent splatter.  Mineral white will look like the white you see in a granite countertop. It is less artificially white.  It's a bit more subtle.  You can also add a few drops of any color to tint the Mineral White to faint tan, a light mint, etc.
• Spray as a backing layer.  To make sprayed colors pop, add two coats of Mineral White as a backing layer to provide opacity. This prevents the dark or milk chocolate from showing through your colors in a mold, which will dull them.

You will use Mineral White all the time. It's your go-to as you're working.  It's always saving you money.  Don't oversaturate your natural colors; use Mineral White instead to provide the opacity you need.
