Ultra-Premium single-origin 60% chocolate from Ecuador.  Harvested from Arriba Nacional trees.  The 60% version is obviously sweeter than the 85%, but still bold and flavorful.  It is a more accessible chocolate.  Excellent for bars, barks & ganaches.
