Crystal Clear Cocoa Butter

Regular cocoa butter has a distinctly yellow cast and therefore affects all of your colors if you're diluting, mixing or tempering.  To get the best results, you need to be using crystal clear cocoa butter.  You'll be shocked at the difference.

The 32oz jar is about 890g and comes in a microwavable plastic jar and lid. You can also easily remove chunks of it as needed.
